REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At AUVIODOREX, we want customers to have a smooth shopping experience.
We provide a 15-day return window for eligible products, subject to the conditions below.
1. Return Window
Customers may request a return within:
15 days from the date of delivery
Return requests submitted after the applicable return period may not be accepted.
2. Products Eligible for Return
All products sold on AUVIODOREX are eligible for return, subject to the conditions mentioned in this policy.
Products must be returned in acceptable condition.
3. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the product should generally:
- Be unused
- Be unworn
- Be in its original condition
- Have original packaging where applicable
- Include tags, labels and accessories where applicable
- Not be damaged due to customer handling
- Not show signs of washing, alteration or misuse
We may reject a return where the product has been materially used, damaged or altered after delivery.
4. Return Shipping Cost
Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
The customer must arrange and pay for the return shipment unless AUVIODOREX confirms otherwise.
If the product is defective, damaged, incorrect or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us before sending the product back so that we can review the issue and provide appropriate instructions.
5. How to Request a Return

- Order number
- Customer name
- Registered mobile number/email
- Product name
- Reason for return
- Relevant photographs/videos where applicable
Our team may review the request before approving the return.
6. Return Inspection
After the returned product reaches us, it may be inspected to verify that it satisfies the return conditions.
A refund will be processed after the return is approved.
7. Refunds
Refunds are available for approved returns.
Once the return is approved, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the order, subject to payment gateway/banking processing timelines.
The time taken for the amount to reflect in the customer’s account may vary depending on the payment provider and bank.
For approved refunds, we will initiate the refund within the applicable period required by law and our payment processing procedures. The Consumer Affairs Department’s e-commerce guidance states that accepted refund requests should be paid within a maximum of 14 days in the circumstances covered by that guidance.
8. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective product
- A wrong product
- A product materially different from what was advertised or ordered
please contact us as soon as possible with photographs/videos and your order details.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law and our policies.
9. Exchanges
Unless specifically offered for a particular product or order, AUVIODOREX does not guarantee product exchanges.
Customers may instead request a return and refund subject to the applicable conditions.
10. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellation requests can only be accommodated where the order has not already been processed or dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the customer may need to follow the applicable return process.
11. Non-Receipt / Delivery Issues
If an order is marked delivered but you have not received it, contact us promptly with your order number.
We may coordinate with the applicable logistics provider to investigate the delivery status.
12. Fraudulent or Abusive Returns
AUVIODOREX reserves the right to investigate suspicious or abusive return activity.
This may include repeated returns involving damaged, used, substituted or materially altered products.
Any action taken will be subject to applicable law.
